Patient Charts
AbbaDox electronic patient charts mimic your physical files and archive all documentation maintained in a patient’s records, including scanned administrative forms, reports, surgical procedure imagery, and lab results.
All documents stored in AbbaDox are automatically filed in virtual patient charts for easy archival and retrieval, and the charts can be used as a primary filing system or part of the facility’s disaster recovery plan.
- Patient charts are custom-tabbed to mimic your physical file structure
- Documents can be further categorized by work type within each tab
- Archived documents can be sorted within each tab by clicking on the column name
- Each chart includes a Patient Info tab that stores demographic information and can display patient ID cards
- Reports and other documents can be distributed directly from the patient chart
