Custom Reporting
AbbaDox produces a variety of customized administrative reports providing oversight of user access throughout the system, and enabling telemedicine providers to produce client invoices. IDS can create additional administrative reports as requested.

Turnaround Time Charts
AbbaDox is able to produce workflow-oriented charts that identify potential logjams within the organization by logging the times that dictations are received, that reports are typed and when doctors sign-off.
Fax Completion Reports
The fax console enables managers to confirm whether their faxed reports were successfully distributed to referrers. An explanation is provided for failed faxes and users can opt to correct the number and resubmit to the fax queue on the spot.
Manifests of Completed Work
The AbbaDox search engine can produce a list of work performed by doctors, coders and scanning staff, which can be printed as a manifest list.
Rejection Percentage
Administrators can review the ratio of completed reports that have been approved versus rejected in a given timeframe.
Activity Logs
A detailed or summarized report that identifies all user activities by session. These reports can be customized by activity performed, date range, facility locations, user access level and more.
