Live customer support is available between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EDT, Monday through Friday. While our goal is to respond to every support request immediately, we will respond to your inquiry within one hour in the event that a support representative is unavailable. Please be aware that support requests received after 8:00 p.m. EDT will be followed up at the start of the next business day.
Our online support site features a variety of documentation and customer service options to resolve a number of support issues. Access to the password-protected support site is available to customers at all times and includes our knowledgebase of questions and answers, product user manuals and an e-mail interface for support requests.
Training classes can be performed at your company's office, remotely via a secured Internet connection or at IDS headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Training consists of interactive sessions designed to educate users and administrators regarding the features of our solutions, how each feature relates to your organizational workflow, and how to troubleshoot potential issues. Classes can vary in length depending on the target audience and subject matter.
