This is an application, again, we call Voice2Dox. It can be deployed, is deployed in many instances in mid-state and some other places that are specific to reporting. Whether it’s a hospital Meditech system, or some other system, we can integrate with the product.
The application itself wraps around the Dragon Medical Practice Edition and previous, but so if there is an existing Dragon license, there’s no Dragon that needs to be purchased. And again what we do to power in the application is it wraps around and controls Dragon, but now what we do is we manage as much information about that visit as possible. So if we can pre-populate information we’re going to pre-populate as much information, so if we can receive let’s say tables from the machine or numbers from the ultrasound machine we’re going to automatically populate in the report so that the doctors don’t have to dictate and no one has to type it into the system. So we can automatically populate that.
The routines management is, again, user-specific. It’s narrowed down of course, all the way down to the CPT level, and what we do by opening the study is we’re already going to narrow it down to that modality because we know what the modality is, and then we can structure and narrow it down to body part.
First sum up the convention, and then again we can do customize routines, whether that’s structure reporting, whether it’s a partial, and now the doctors can either do free-form speech recognition, they can do voice command or use their mouse to insert that text or some combination thereof. Again depending on the facility and how you want to go about it, you do have workflow modes. They’re here at the bottom. And you can now mandate what those workflow modes are. Meaning, there’s traditional dictation, transcription, maybe an older radiologist who’s just not going to use speech recognition. Well he or she will never see the speech recognition function. They would just record a voice, and it’s going to go into a queue for a transcriptionist to type.
If you want to mandate one hundred percent speech recognition, we can take all the options away so the only option they have is from speech recognition with a mediated signature. So they have to be their own editor. So gain this facility, you can administer and regulate how you want those things to run, what you feel for your physicians. Again each one can use it differently or again you can mandate it. But it gives you the power to be able to do that.
The other very powerful thing… a powerful piece that we have too. One is you can do a snippet. So regardless of the imaging system, again we always hope that it’s going to be separate, we understand in the reality of the world it may be another system, you actually can do almost really like a Snaggit tool, and you can actually do key images within the reports regardless of your imaging system.
