Mobile AutoDox allows doctors to create reports using their templates on their iPhone without providing dictation.  This easy to use document creation application assembles complete reports in four simple steps.

For providers services multiple locations, Mobile AutoDox enables them identify patients by location, and automatically distribute reports upon electronic signature.

The step by step process enables users to quickly assemble reports:

1. Choose a patient
2. Verify or edit the encounter information
3. Select the appropriate template and normal
4. Edit the document by free typing text or injecting blocks of canned text called Snippets
5. Electronically sign the report

Completed reports are archived in AbbaDox and distributed to referring physicians and third-party systems.
