Mobile Voice2Dox Medical Dictation App Now Available on iTunes

Physicians can now use the iPhone® to dictate medical cases and streamline workflow

FT. LAUDERDALE – May 6, 2011 – Integrated Document Solutions (IDS), a pioneer in delivering healthcare applications via cloud computing, announced today that Mobile Voice2Dox, the company’s integrated mobile dictation application, is now available for use with the iPhone® in the iTunes App Store.

Mobile Voice2Dox allows healthcare providers to dictate cases in real-time based on their daily work-list of scheduled patient visits and follow-ups through an interface with their scheduling system.  In addition, the app allows physicians to add unscheduled patients instantly and dictate their findings for later transcription as well as to record insurance information for administrative and billing processing.  The app is synchronized with AbbaDox, IDS’ cloud-based healthcare ecosystem for automating transcription and other documentation workflows and storing clinical documentation in online patient charts.
