Mobile AbbaDox
Mobile AbbaDox extends the ability for providers to read and electronically sign reports using the iPhone. Upon logging in, users are presented with their workflows bins, completed reports and patients.
Users can scroll through workflow bins, retrieve transcribed reports and select any document for review and sign-off. Each record clearly identifies the patient’s name, MRN, date of dictation and type of report. Upon selecting a record, providers can elect 
to listen to the original voice dictation, electronically sign the report, reject it back to transcription, or view the next report without applying a signature.
Mobile AbbaDox is integrated with other IDS mobile applications , including the Mobile AutoDox report creation system and Mobile ePrescription app. Users can also retrieve historical records by searching for specific patients. The integrated search engine enables providers to look up records by performing wildcard searches based on the medical record number, first name, last name or phone number.
