Mobile CRM
Mobile CRM provides sales and marketing teams with live reporting data on referring physician ordering patterns, the effectiveness of the organization’s ability to turnaround reports, and detailed notes about previous interactions with providers. Featuring all of the reporting and contact management functionality found in the Referral Manager, Mobile CRM is compatible with iPhone and Blackberry devices.
Mobile CRM is an invaluable tool for any healthcare group serious about managing its relationships with referring providers. The application allows marketers to generate a variety of reports detailing the number of patients referred in statistical and graphical form.
Reporting
Users can generate three provider-specific reports: study volume, three-month trend and report turnaround.
- Study Volume: Breaks down the number of studies by modality or procedure type by time period.
- Trend Report: Automatically displays study volumes for the three most recent months, and is broken down by work type and procedure.
- Turnaround Time Charts: Full-color pie charts detailing the time between the start of a patient visit to the time a referring’s reports is sent back to the doctor.
Lead Management
Mobile CRM’s contact management component provides marketers with a simple user interface for entering details and notes regarding physician visits and scheduling follow-up meetings. Each referring record includes:
- Demographic information, such as address, phone number and office contacts
- Encounter notes containing the date of last contact, the name of the marketing rep, and the person the marketer met with
Scheduling
Marketing reps can schedule follow up appointments using their handheld devices and view their schedules by selecting any calendar date. The daily scheduler view provides a color-coded interface of scheduled appointments and an option to access the referring’s demographic information and initiate a call.
